“Our welcome” with goat cheese and salmon puffs.

STARTER
“Remembering Christmas”… capon salad.

Pumpkin flan, parmesan fondue and truffle.

FIRST
Tortello with stracciatella and prawns with its broth.

Tagliolini with ancient grains, guinea fowl and pomegranate ragù.

SECOND
Pork cheek cooked at low temperature, truffled with parmesan puree.

SWEET
Almond pudding with orange sauce.

  Everything was delicious. Had the fondue, carbonara, and duck. Waiter provided a fantastic wine pairing for the duck. Was too full to try a dessert - don't fill up on the bread!

  In the center of Cortona, a place with a particular style, traditional but with some artistic inserts, quite well balanced which makes it welcoming. Excellent food (I recommend egg with truffle and tomino as well as Chianina), very kind and above all very knowledgeable staff, good wine list.
