The New Year's Eve dinner is treated in detail by Chef Marco Frivoli and our sommelier. They will surprise you with a tasty New Year's menu waiting for the midnight toast.

We recommend the early booking due to the limited number of places available.

Our lobster and beluga tortello is “a classic but not too much”.

SECOND
Fillet with a peasant spirit with wild chicory, broad bean purée and truffle.

  Everything was delicious. Had the fondue, carbonara, and duck. Waiter provided a fantastic wine pairing for the duck. Was too full to try a dessert - don't fill up on the bread!

  In the center of Cortona, a place with a particular style, traditional but with some artistic inserts, quite well balanced which makes it welcoming. Excellent food (I recommend egg with truffle and tomino as well as Chianina), very kind and above all very knowledgeable staff, good wine list.
