Salmon bundle, burrata cheese, confit cherry tomatoes, saffron potato cream.

Parmesan crème caramel aged 12 months and green apple gelée.

Capon handkerchiefs with prized truffle.

Tagliatella with white pheasant ragout and pomegranate.

Stuffed guinea fowl supreme, William's pear and handkerchief of stewed vegetables.

I confess that I chose this restaurant as an alternative to another... And I must say that it couldn't have been better! The environment is very particular, right above the main square, and also has a mezzanine floor which is very "attic" and which I immediately adored. The menu offers special dishes, well made and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent prices when compared to the quality of the food. Absolutely to try.
