Everything was delicious. Had the fondue, carbonara, and duck. Waiter provided a fantastic wine pairing for the duck. Was too full to try a dessert - don't fill up on the bread!

In the center of Cortona, a place with a particular style, traditional but with some artistic inserts, quite well balanced which makes it welcoming. Excellent food (I recommend egg with truffle and tomino as well as Chianina), very kind and above all very knowledgeable staff, good wine list. Perhaps the internal temperature could have been a little higher but the staff was immediately available to light another stove. Compliments!
