"La Loggetta" is a family-run restaurant that has always enhanced the close relationship between cuisine and territory, therefore offering typical Tuscan dishes such as ribollita, duck pici or tagliata di Chianina and others created by the chef, such as spelled creamed with Treviso radicchio and grana padano, grotto pecorino with caramelized figs, cabbage and truffle tortelloni, red turnip gnocchetti with yellow pumpkin and goat cheese cream and fillet with leek and truffle. All the fresh pasta is strictly handmade as well as the exquisite dry and spoon desserts prepared daily with skill and passion by the chef.

  Everything was delicious. Had the fondue, carbonara, and duck. Waiter provided a fantastic wine pairing for the duck. Was too full to try a dessert - don't fill up on the bread!

  In the center of Cortona, a place with a particular style, traditional but with some artistic inserts, quite well balanced which makes it welcoming. Excellent food (I recommend egg with truffle and tomino as well as Chianina), very kind and above all very knowledgeable staff, good wine list.
