How to participate: Starting from 08.00 on 01 September 2022 to 18 September 2022 at 23.59, the promoting company will give the possibility to adult users to participate in this initiative according to the methods detailed below:

In order to participate in the competition, users must access the site and release their data by filling out the dedicated form.

At the end of the procedure described above, after having answered all the questions including those concerning registration and acceptance of the regulations, privacy and marketing, the participant will automatically access the extraction file.

Each user can participate only once and win only one prize during the entire competition period. Therefore, subsequent registrations to the first, attributable to the same identity, may also be invalidated afterwards and in the event of a win, the same will be assigned to a reserve.

Prize:

Dinner for 2 (two) people on the balcony overlooking Piazza della Repubblica in Cortona (AR).
Dinner will be strictly served on Friday 23/09/2022 at 20:00, weather conditions permitting.
There will be 6 courses for both guests (welcome drink, 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course, dessert) with wine pairing.
All courses are at the discretion of the Chef, except for allergies or intolerances to be communicated promptly after the draw and the notification of winning the prize.

The prize up for grabs cannot in any way be converted into gold tokens or cash.

The Promoting Company reserves the right if the prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the power of the Promoting Company to provide a prize of equal or greater value with similar characteristics.

The prize cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.

Communication and acceptance of the winnings:
The winner will receive the prize by e-mail to the e-mail address issued for the purpose of participation.

The Promoting Company reserves the right to:

- publish the winner's data;
